With regret the 2010 Torbay Half Marathon will not now take place,
our aim is for it to return with an improved course for Sunday June 19th 2011.

Torbay Half Marathon
Firstly I have to congratulate every member of the gym who took part, as they all did fantastically well and gave 100%.
It was a beautiful, if blustery, day at Paignton. The event was well run and well attended.
A great event for anyone and everyone to get involved in, there was even a 1 mile fun run attended by families, toddlers and even pets!
The standard of competition in the half marathon itself was outstanding, the pace of some of the runners was phenomenal. The race winner, Toby Lambert ran a time of 1hr 7mins!
Our members did themselves though with Paul Duffield, Anthony Hirst, George and Lorraine Barbour, Rebbeca Refern, Clare Steer, John Ariss, Mark Dodge, Clare Williams, Tom Sizer and Kelly Allen all taking part.
Equal prizes for 2009
Men and women will have equal prize awards in all categories for the 2009 race.
